The governing body of the Birchwood Fiber Festival is a volunteer based Board of Directors with a passion for and demonstrated commitment to the fiber arts. Our vision is to promote and provide quality, wide ranging fiber arts education and opportunities to the largest audience possible.
To that end and to be reflective of our intended audience, the BFF board is comprised of up to 7 fiber artists ranging in focus, skill level and artistic style. Specifically, we are enthusiasts, professionals, business owners and experienced festival chairs prepared to deliver a blue-ribbon fiber experience in beautiful Southeast Tennessee.

"An event that creates appreciation and support for fiber and the associated arts through exposure, education and economic opportunity."
The scope of this festival is no small task and would not be possible without the many efforts of our dedicated volunteers. The Board would like to acknowledge and express appreciation for those lending a hand to the cause. Many thanks!
If you are interested in joining us as a volunteer or in another capacity, we'd love to speak with you.
