2026 Vendor Application

dors can range from raw fiber to yarns, tools and accessories used in all aspects of the fiber arts, as well as quality, hand-made finished products.

The 2026 booth prices remain the same as 2025.  Successful participation in the 2026 festival will ensure first bids for subsequent years including space choices where appropriate.

Vendor applications must be submitted by February 1, 2026.  Early registration is appreciated.  Once received, the application will be processed and a reply will be sent as soon as possible (usually within 2 weeks).

How to Apply:  

• Print out the Vendor Application & Information Sheets; complete and mail.  Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice via email for paying online (preferred method) or you may choose to send a check.  Once you receive the invoice, you will have 10 days to complete the registration process and secure your festival spot.
